Within 72 Hours of the Event
- No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the event, including same-day cancellations or no-shows. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed less any non-refundable deposits, tips, or rental fees paid. (Example: $155 paid total - $25 deposit, $25 handgun rental, $5 tip, $100 class fee. Only the $100 class fee portion would be refundable.)
Rescheduling (Recommended Alternative)
- Students may reschedule their training at any time before the start of the class or event, for any reason.
- The first reschedule is free. A fee of $25 will be assessed for all subsequent reschedules beyond the first.
No-Shows
- Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late or request to reschedule after the class start time will be marked as a No-Show.
- No-shows result in forfeiture of payment. A new booking will be required to attend a future class.
Inclement Weather Policy
- Classes will continue in light rain or mild weather. Choosing to reschedule for these conditions will count toward your one free reschedule.
- If the weather is dangerously inclement (extreme heat, cold, storms, etc.), classes will be rescheduled by FAB Firearms Academy for the safety of our students. In these instances, students will be moved to the next available date.
- No refunds will be issued for weather-related changes.
Gifted or Sponsored Training
- Sponsored or gifted seats must be claimed within 48 hours of being notified. Failure to book within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the free seat.
- No rescheduling of gifted seats is allowed. Failure to attend will result in forfeiture, and the seat may be reassigned.
