Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Refunds

• There are no refunds on FAB Firearms Academy classes or events; however, students may reschedule or transfer their registration fee to another student. If the class is canceled at our behest, students will receive a full refund. There are also no refunds in cases of accidental registration. Students who register for the wrong class will have their registration fees held and can be used towards a future class. 

Rescheduling

• Students may reschedule their training at any time before the start of the class or event, for any reason.
• To reschedule or cancel, go to your confirmation email and click the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button. 
• The first reschedule is free. A fee of $35 will be assessed for all subsequent reschedules beyond the first.  

Late Policy/Failure to Report

• If you will be more than 30 minutes late, you must reschedule. The first 30 minutes of the class are the most important as all of the fundamentals we build upon are covered during this time.  
• A failure to report will result in forfeiture of payment. The payment cannot be applied to a future date. A new booking will be required to attend a future class.

Inclement Weather Policy

• If weather is dangerously inclement (extreme heat, cold, storms, etc.), classes will be rescheduled by FAB Firearms Academy for the safety of our students. In these instances, students will be moved to the next available date.
• Classes will resume in light rain or mild weather. Choosing to reschedule for these conditions will count toward your one free reschedule.
• No refunds will be issued for weather-related changes.

Gifted or Sponsored Training

• Sponsored or gifted seats must be claimed within 24 hours of being notified. Failure to book within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the free seat.
• No rescheduling of gifted seats is allowed. Failure to attend will result in forfeiture, and the gifted spot will be reassigned.
