Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

All deposits and registration fees paid to FAB Firearms Academy are non-refundable. However, fees paid can be transferred to another date if needed (see Rescheduling Policy below). For one-time training events where there are no available dates to reschedule to, non-attendance will result in the forfeiture of any registration fees paid. 

There are no refunds in cases of accidental registrations. Promotional codes cannot be used retroactively. 

FAB Firearms Academy reserves the right to cancel classes at will. In these instances, students will receive a full refund, or they may choose to reschedule to a later date.

Rescheduling Policy:

To be eligible to reschedule, we must receive notification of your inability to attend your scheduled training prior to the designated start time. Students are allowed one free reschedule for any reason. For all subsequent reschedules, a $35 fee will be assessed and must be paid before confirming your new appointment date. Failing to reschedule within 90 days will result in the forfeiture of any registration fees paid. 

Late Policy:

Late students will be allotted a 10-minute grace period which will count toward their total lesson time.  At the 11-minute mark, the appointment will be cancelled and marked as a No Show. Thereafter, the No Show Policy will apply.

No Show Policy:

A student is considered a 'No Show' if they fail to report to their scheduled appointment within 15 minutes of the appointment start time, or if a request to reschedule is received after the designated appointment start time.

In either instance of a No Show, all registration fees paid for that specific date will be forfeited, and the student must repay in full in order to attend a future class. There are no exceptions to this policy. 

Inclement Weather Policy:

Classes at our outdoor facilities may be rescheduled at the company's behest due to inclement weather - extreme heat, extreme cold, heavy rains or worse - for the safety and comfort of our participants. Students will be able to reschedule to the next best available date. We are unable to process refunds due to inclement weather as it is beyond our control.  

Classes will not be cancelled nor refunded due to light rain or mild heat/cold. Students may choose to reschedule for this reason, however, it will count towards their one free reschedule.

Gifted or Sponsored Training:

Occasionally, we have individuals and organizations donate to FAB Firearms Academy to sponsor or offset the cost of a student's training. When this happens, we raffle the free seat via our social media and the winner must schedule their training within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the gift and a new winner will be chosen. 

Rescheduling is not permitted in these instances. Failure to attend your scheduled training date will result in forfeiture of the gift and a new winner will be chosen.
