No experience or permits are necessary for most of our courses. In fact, we welcome those just starting out on this journey. People of all experience levels are welcome at all events unless otherwise specified in the course description.
All registration fees paid to FAB Firearms Academy are non-refundable. However, registration fees paid can be transferred to another date if needed (see Rescheduling Policy below).
There are no refunds in cases of accidental registrations. Promotional codes cannot be used retroactively.
FAB Firearms Academy reserves the right to cancel classes at will. In these instances, students will receive a full refund, or they may choose to reschedule to a later date.
If a student is unable to attend their scheduled training, they are allowed to reschedule once at any time and for any reason. For all subsequent reschedules, a $35 fee will be assessed and must be paid prior to confirming your new appointment date.
Late students will be allotted a 15-minute grace period which will count toward their total lesson time. At the 16-minute mark, the appointment will be cancelled and marked as a No Show. Thereafter, the No Show Policy below will apply.
No Show Policy:
A student is considered a 'No Show' if they fail to report to their scheduled appointment within 15 minutes of the appointment start time. Same day cancellations are also considered No Shows.
In either instance of a No Show, all registration fees paid for that specific date will be forfeited, and the student must repay in full in order to attend a future class. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Inclement Weather Policy:
Classes will not be cancelled nor refunded due to light rain/cold weather. Students may choose to reschedule due to inclement weather, however, it will count towards their one free reschedule.
If weather is dangerously inclement, classes will be postponed to a later date. We are unable to process refunds due to inclement weather as it is beyond our control.

Sneakers are preferred. Hats are recommended. Wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. For a further explanation, check out our blog, 'What to Wear to the Gun Range'.

For help with sealing or expunging records, it is best to seek assistance from an attorney. The Arkansas Crime Information Center has a valuable resource page for those seeking a Governor's Pardon and/or Order to Seal here.
Stuff happens. If it has been 6 months or less since your class, we will send you a replacement training certificate at no cost. If it has been more than 6 months, your initial Training Certificate would be officially expired, and you must retake the full course to obtain a new certificate.
